Reception and breaks will take place in a room equipped with tables and chairs, coffee machine, access to a water point and access to toilets.

Human resources :
● Training will be carried out by a professional communications and audiovisual trainer
● The trainer will give instructions to the group, manage the exercises, and carry out a debriefing with participants at the end of the session.
Training materials:
The framework projected during the training session will be sent to participants at the end of the session.
Methods :
Face-to-face. This training course is based on consulting support during the
practical exercises and can only be carried out in a face-to-face situation.
Follow-up of results - Evaluation:
This training course will be evaluated as follows:
- During the training course: evaluation by individual debriefing following the practical exercises
which will enable pedagogical adjustments to be made if necessary. An intermediate evaluation grid is given to each trainee at the start of the course.
- At the end of the course: an evaluation by the trainer of the skills acquired and a
questionnaire on the evaluation of the technical, pedagogical and human resources
delivered during the course.
Day 1
● 9:30am - 9:45am: Welcome and ice-breaker
● 9:45am - 10:15am: Conceiving and thinking through your project (theoretical talks and case study)
● 10:15am - 11:45am: Preparing your shoot and setting up your smartphone (theoretical talks and getting to grips with it)
● 11:45am - 1:00pm: Conducting an interview (theoretical talks and exercises)
● 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch break
● 2:00pm - 3:30pm: Capturing your shots (theoretical lectures and practical exercises)
● 17h00 - 17h30: Debriefing and feedback
Day 2
● 9h30 - 13h00: Various practical exercises
● 13h00 - 14h00: Lunch break
● 14h00 - 17h00: Various practical exercises
● 17h00 - 17h30: Debriefing and feedback
Workshops 1 to 4 (1h30 each)
● Case studies and feedback on learners' productions
The target audience is: communication managers and collaborators in SMEs, local authorities, organizations and associations, large groups, especially those with no audiovisual training, managers or communication officers in very small businesses wishing to take control of their video content, as well as independent professionals wishing to develop their video communication.
